Another 56 refugees from Slavyansk – parents and children – moved at night on foot from the Donetsk region to the Rostov region. Pavel Astakhov, Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President of the Russian Federation, announced this in his microblog. “Tonight, another 30 children and 26 adults crossed from the Donetsk region to the Rostov region on foot. All are placed for rest and recuperation. 14 children will go in transit to Stavropol. We continue to receive refugees. All services are ready,” Astakhov wrote.
