Ukrainian security forces surrounded Slavyansk prevent civilians from leaving the city
Surrounding Slavyansk, the Ukrainian security forces do not allow civilians to leave the city, firing at their cars and other vehicles.
“The city is surrounded, while civilians are not released. Recently, a family with a small child tried to leave it in a personal car, but fire was opened on it, as a result of which at least two people were killed,” a militia representative said.
According to him, “unidentified people in black uniforms” appeared at checkpoints around the city. “We can assume that this is the Right Sector, but we don’t have exact data on this yet,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
“In addition, we have information about the artillery being pulled up to Slovyansk, in particular, about equipping a position for firing from the Grad multiple launch rocket launcher,” said a representative of the self-defense forces.
