Two questions are submitted to the referendum: “Are you for the reunification of Crimea with Russia as a subject of the Russian Federation?” and “Are you for the restoration of the Constitution of the Republic of Crimea of 1992 and for the status of Crimea as part of Ukraine?”. It was announced that the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea decided to make changes to the system and structure of the executive authorities. It was envisaged, in particular, the formation of the following ministries and services: the Ministry of Justice of the ARC; Ministry of Internal Affairs of the ARC; Ministry of Emergency Situations of the ARC; Tax Service of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea; Penitentiary Service of the ARC; Crimean customs; Department of protection of the ARC.
