FIGHTING CONTINUES NEAR THE AIRPORT IN DONETSK

In the area of ​​Donetsk International Airport, fighting continues between the militia forces of the proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. “Currently, the self-defense forces of the republic control approximately half of the territory of the airport,” the press service of the DPR said.

“Open a humanitarian corridor, let’s help the children!” – appealed to the Ombudsman to the authorities of Ukraine. The self-defense forces of the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics are ready to move 100-200 children to the border and transfer them to Russia. Pavel Astakhov, Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President of the Russian Federation, told journalists about this on May 28 in Astrakhan, where a district meeting for representatives of the subjects of the Southern and North Caucasian federal districts is being held. According to the Ombudsman, “they are ready to simply hand over the children without drawing up any documents, just to save them.” “It is clear that such an operation would be completely illegal, in addition, this is a huge risk for the children themselves. Therefore, we did not agree to this option, but we are now looking for ways to help,” Astakhov emphasized.  

MINERS OF DONBASS TOOK TO THE PROTEST AGAINST THE MILITARY OPERATION OF KYIV
