In Donetsk , the regional radio and television transmitting center (RTPC) was seized by unknown people.
RALLIES IN SUPPORT OF THE FEDERALIZATION OF UKRAINE
About 3,000 people take part in a rally taking place on Lenin Square in the center of Donetsk. Those gathered demand a referendum on federalization. An action with similar requirements is also taking place in Kharkov.
MEANWHILE ON THE FRINGES
Self-defense forces of Donbass took control Konstantinovka. Armed people are building barricades in front of the building of the city executive committee. They installed the flag of the “Donetsk people’s republic” on the facade of the city executive committee, and also prepared sandbags and car tires, Interfax reports. According to photographs posted on the city portal of Konstantinovka, in front of the building of the city executive committee there are about a dozen persons armed with automatic weapons in camouflage and with St. George ribbons. Their faces are covered with balaclavas. In front of the building of the city executive committee, you can also see several dozen half-empty construction bags, presumably with sand, wooden pallets and many car tires. There are a couple of dozen people on the platform in front of the entrance, without any symbols.
