According to the Ombudsman, “they are ready to simply hand over the children without drawing up any documents, just to save them.” “It is clear that such an operation would be completely illegal, in addition, this is a huge risk for the children themselves. Therefore, we did not agree to this option, but we are now looking for ways to help,” Astakhov emphasized.
