DESTRUCTION OF SEMYONOVKA
Ukrainian security forces fired artillery at the center of Slavyansk. According to local residents, the shells exploded in the area of the central square, the city executive committee and the communications center. There were a lot of people in the city center during these hours, because the festive service ended in the temple located on the square. There are casualties among the civilian population, many received shrapnel wounds. Serious problems with drinking water have arisen in the city due to a water pipe damaged as a result of shelling. On the same day, the Ukrainian military resumed shelling the village of Semyonovka near Slavyansk. According to some reports, Grad multiple launch rocket systems were used during the shelling. On the website of the militia, you can find the following entry: “Today, the village of Semenovka near Slavyansk has been completely destroyed. There is not a single building.”
