On Monday, the press service of the proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic reported that a Ukrainian fighter jet launched a missile attack on the building of the regional administration of Lugansk in the very center of the city. The victims of the attack were, according to her, eight civilians. Another 28 people were injured of varying severity and are in the hospital, most of them in serious condition. Among the dead was the Minister of Health of the proclaimed LPR, Natalia Arkhipova.
