The German newspaper “Bild” reported that 400 mercenaries from the American military company “Academi” (until 2009 – “Blackwater”) operate in the ranks of the Ukrainian army and police. Prior to this, the DPR militia had repeatedly reported that English-speaking foreigners were participating in the fighting in the South-East of Ukraine.
