The information disseminated by the Ukrainian media that only 7,000 civilians remained in Slavyansk “is a lie.” “This is being done to calm oneself and wipe the city off the face of the earth. Like, there are only 7,000 people there, we will take them out,” the spokesman said, adding that “only those who have children leave Slovyansk.” “And even then, not everyone leaves with children, many stay,” the press officer added. Earlier, Ukrainian media, citing “military intelligence sources,” reported that only  7,000 civilians remained in Slavyansk . It was also claimed that at night the city is “dark”. Electricity supply to most areas of Slovyansk has not yet been restored after
