The protesters, who were in the captured building of the regional administration, left it. This decision was made at the “people’s assembly”. At the same time, the “revolutionary headquarters” continued to operate on the second floor of the administration building. According to one of the protesters, “if there is a need, everyone will immediately gather and return.”
