In Odessa, a monument to the  victims of the Holocaust, erected on a square named after Soviet Marshal Fyodor Tolbukhin, was desecrated.

The authorities in Odessa demanded that the protesters remove the tents where they collect signatures for holding a referendum on the decentralization of power in Ukraine and on the state status of the Russian language.

There are beatings of passers-by with St. George ribbons (first video). About 1,000 mercenaries from the central and western regions of Ukraine arrived in Odessa to clean up the Kulikovo field, the place where anti-Maidan rallies are held (second video).
