The Ukrainian military resumed on Sunday evening shelling of the city of Shchastya in the Luhansk region. The shooting is carried out from heavy guns,” the report says. According to the agency, the sounds of shelling can be heard even in the center of Lugansk. Windows are shaking in houses from artillery strikes, the agency said. At the same time, according to eyewitnesses, Ukrainian artillery is at a closer distance to Lugansk than the day before.
