In the Republic of Crimea, the minimum wage was set for 2014.
At yesterday’s meeting of the Presidium of the Crimean Parliament, a decision was made to establish the minimum wage (SMIC) at the level of 5,554 rubles per month (1,461.58 hryvnia) from April 1 this year throughout the Republic of Crimea.

For reference: as of January 1, 2014, the minimum wage in Ukraine is 1218 hryvnia.
