Checkpoints at the entrances to Sevastopol were dismantled.

checkpoints that guarded all entrances to Sevastopol for four weeks were dismantled by order of the chairman of the city’s Coordinating Council, Alexei Chaly.

Ukraine cut off electricity to Crimea.
In Simferopol – in several districts of the city, as well as in some cities of Crimea on the evening of March 23, there is no power supply. Many districts of Simferopol, its suburbs, as well as part of Yalta and other cities of Crimea turned out to be de-energized.

The decrease in the volume of electricity supply to Crimea from the mainland of Ukraine is an attempt by Kyiv to blackmail the Russian Federation. This was stated to Kryminform by the First Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Rustam Temirgaliev.
