Servicemen of the highly mobile airborne troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine returned two of the six units of armored vehicles that were captured in Kramatorsk on April 16.
On the evening of April 18, a group of unidentified people tried to dismantle the barricades around the city council of Kramatorsk. According to Vyacheslav Ponomarev, leader of the people’s militia of Slavyansk, only the timely arrival of reinforcements from neighboring Slavyansk made it possible to prevent provocations.

The protesters in Kramatorsk again occupied the television tower and resumed the broadcasting of Russian channels. This was reported by the press service of the radio broadcasting, radio communication and television concern, which is subordinate to the TV tower.
