“DEFEND THE EARTH FROM INVADERS”
On May 18, the co-chairman of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin, called on the residents of the DPR to “jointly defend their land.” “Many people have already begun to relax today. We really did a lot, held a referendum without funding, but now there are occupiers on our territory who are cheated by the Ukrainian media. Our task is to unite, and we will liberate our land as soon as possible,” Pushilin said. “We want to preserve freedom and independence and say no to the Kiev junta,” he said.
CONSCRIPTION TO THE ARMY OF THE DONETSK REPUBLIC IS NOT PLANNED
The army of the Donetsk People’s Republic will be formed on a voluntary basis, the draft is not planned yet. This was announced by the co-chairman of the government of the DPR Miroslav Rudenko. According to him, volunteers are better motivated to defend their territory.
