One of the largest commercial banks in Ukraine, Privatbank, owned by the Ukrainian oligarch and sponsor of Euromaidan and the Right Sector, I. Kolomoisky, has suspended operations in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. More than 400,000 Donetsk and Lugansk pensioners, as well as 220,000 recipients of other social benefits, received pensions through this bank. Local residents have serious problems with obtaining pensions, scholarships and salaries.

"Right Sector" shot 30 Ukrainian conscripts


This was announced at a press conference on Thursday by the representative of the LPR militia detachment Ostap Cherny.
"Today, a signal was received from the city of Lisichansk that the military is trying to take the city by storm. A group has moved forward from us for negotiations," he said. According to him, "the column (of the National Guard of Ukraine) was blocked from behind by civilians, women and children." "In the process of negotiations, shooting began, and seven people of the Lugansk army were killed, 16 were injured," Ostap Cherny said.
"During the negotiations, 30 people from this brigade (Ukrainian army) handed over their weapons and went to the population. According to the latest information, the Right Sector fighters shot them," the militiaman added.
He also said that people "were in an open area, no one was hiding, after which fire was opened to kill." Then "the battle went on for half an hour, accompanied by mortar shelling, houses were on fire," a representative of the LNR militia pointed out.

Near Lisichansk (Luhansk region), Ukrainian security forces shot 30 Ukrainian soldiers in a hospital for refusing to attack civilians. According to the headquarters of the self-defense, radicals of the “Right Sector” were operating in the Luhansk region, financed by the oligarch I. Kolomoisky.
